On December 16, 2020, CMS posted the 2021 approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) measure specifications file in the Quality Payment Program Resource Library.

Clinicians, groups, and virtual groups can use this resource to identify CMS approved QCDRs and search for available QCDR measures applicable to their specialty for the 2021 performance period. The fourth tab of this file, “QCDR Specifications”, includes the full set of QCDR measures that have been approved by CMS for the 2021 performance period. QCDR measures are only available for reporting through a CMS-approved QCDR and not a Qualified Registry.
