Right from the beginning when I contacted the New England QPP Support Center, you gave me your contact number. You returned my call very promptly and we set up a time for me to call when I was able to be walked through the process on the computer. I am not the most technological savvy person and you were very patient guiding me through every step.
I was very impressed when you called Friday morning to see if we had been contacted by EDIM. I hadn’t then but when I called at 1pm you walked me through step two!
Then you even agreed to meet with me within the next few weeks to show me how to used the Physicians Quality Value Program. I know that is the best way for me to learn and I appreciate the hands on training.
